Election Day is June 4. Here's how to make sure you're ready to vote for Janeese.

1. Are you registered to vote as a Democrat in Ward 4?

Janeese is on the ballot in June's Democratic primary. You must be registered as a Democrat in Ward 4 in order to vote for her. Check your voter registration or make changes to your voter registration.

2. Where to vote

The DC Board of Elections will automatically mail a ballot to every registered voter in Ward 4 beginning Monday, April 29. You can use that ballot to vote by mail, by dropbox, or by bringing it to an in-person voting center. Alternately, can vote in person at any Early Voting Center, or at any Vote Center on Election Day.

When does voting start?

Drop boxes are expected to open on Friday, May 10. Early Voting Centers will be open starting Sunday, May 26 until Sunday, June 2 from 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. each day (note that Early Voting Centers will be closed on Monday, May 27, for Memorial Day). On Election Day, Vote Centers will open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
